You may still see the number in your recent call list if you only recently blocked the number.

Step 1: Click On the Phone Icon
On your iPhone, click the phone symbol. Favorites, Recents, Contacts, Keypad, and Voicemail are some of your possibilities.
Step 2: Tap On Recents
You can view a list of recent calls by tapping on recent. Find the number you want to unblock by scrolling.
Step 3: Click On The “i” Icon
The date of the call and a small blue circle with an “i” in the center are visible to the right of the number.
Press the i. You will learn who called.
Step 4: Tap on “Unblock This Caller”
To unblock this caller, scroll down and tap on it. Now that the number has been unblocked, you can contact the person.
