Step 1: Open Your Instagram App
Launch the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android device.
Step 2: Click On Your Profile Icon

Step 3: Tap On Three Horizontal Lines (Menu)

Step 4: Go To Settings

You will see options for various notification settings under push notifications after clicking on notifications.
Step 6: Scroll Down To “Live And Reels”
Select “Live and Reels” by tapping on it. Following this, options such as live videos, recently uploaded reels, and most popular reels appeared.
Step 7: Turn ON Reels Notification
The options Off, From Individuals I follow, and From Everyone are located here. I’m referring to the people you follow by “from people I follow.” You may activate both the most watched reels and recently uploaded reels notifications from here.
