Users create their own usernames for Instagram based on their preferences.
Most often, it consists of the user’s first and last name combined, or any combination of characters, numbers, or specific symbols.
The user’s profile address is specified by their username. It can be used by a user to sign into their account.
You are free to change your Instagram username as often as you like.
You may, however, have to wait 14 days after changing your username before doing so again.

Step 1: Open Instagram on Your Device
Open Instagram on your device first.
If you haven’t already, log in using your username, email address, and password.
Step 2: Tap On Your Profile Icon
When you click on your profile icon, your profile page will be displayed.
Step 3: Click On Menu (Three Horizontal Lines)
On your profile page, tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
You will then be presented with a complete list of possibilities.
Step 4: Tap on “Your Activity”
Once you’ve tapped the menu icon, select Your Activity.
Step 5: Go to Account History
You can manage all of your activity in one place after selecting the Your Activity option.
Down the page, select Account history.
Step 6: You Will Get Your All Usernames
All the modifications you have made to your account since its creation are listed under account history.
You may find all of your previous usernames along with the dates that they were changed here.
How To See Your Old Instagram Usernames on PC or Web?
Step 1: Open Instagram on Your Device

Step 5: Select Privacy And Security
Account Data is located after selecting Privacy and Security from Settings.
Step 6: Tap On View Account Data
Tap Account Details to continue.
You’ll have a lot of choices, including Account Details and Profile Info.
You can choose Former Usernames from the Profile Info section.
Step 7: Click On The View All Option Under Former Usernames/Name
Next, select See All from the list of previous user names.
